No Drama Studios is a Melbourne design and engineering studio. We build and operate AI software of our own, and we do the same work for businesses and organisations: find the process that eats the hours, automate it, connect the systems around it, and leave your people running it. Based in Melbourne, working on site or over Teams and Zoom.
Quotes, bookings, invoices, reports and enquiries pass through several tools and several people. Something is retyped at every step. We map the flow, automate the steps that repeat, and connect the tools so the data moves itself.
Organisations with a process to fix
Schools, clinics, associations, departments. A monthly report nobody has time to compile, an inbox that needs triage, documents that need reading and sorting. We build the agent that does it, with a person checking the output.
What we do

Workflow audit. Two hours with the people who do the work, a map of where the time goes, and a written plan of what to automate first and what to leave alone.
One automation. The step that costs the most time, built, tested and handed over. Enquiry to calendar, job done to invoice, form to spreadsheet to email.
Agents. Automated workers for repeating jobs: triage an inbox, chase an invoice, read a document and file what matters, compile a report from several sources.
Chatbots and assistants. On the website or in the inbox, trained on your material, answering the routine and passing the rest to a person. Checked before it says anything to a customer.
Integrations. Xero, Stripe, Square, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, ServiceM8, Airtable, your supplier's portal, your own database.
Reporting. The numbers you need, pulled from where they live, compiled on a schedule, delivered as a page, a PDF or an email you can listen to in the car.
AI product prototyping. A working prototype of the tool you have in mind, in front of users within weeks.
Training. Your team using AI tools properly, on your real work, and building the small automations themselves.

passNumeracy and passLiteracy. Diagnostics, practice papers and an AI coach for teaching and police entry tests. Paying customers since April.
No Drama Koala. Seventy-one free maths games mapped to the curriculum, an arcade with live class rooms, and a weekly report the site writes and sends itself.
The studio's own reporting. Each brand files its numbers monthly; an agent compiles the company report, renders two editions, opens the review and emails the PDFs. Nobody types a figure.
